Contract Recruiter (Hybrid)

Schedule: PRN Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 893 HOPE WAY City: ALTAMONTE SPRINGS State: Florida Postal Code: 32714 Job Description Role Information: Temporary contract role (3-month duration), with the possibility of extension based on business needs. Hybrid: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in-office. Tuesday and Friday remote. Must complete two on-site visits per quarter at each assigned facility (Lake, Volusia, Flagler counties). Locations: AdventHealth Corporate - Altamonte Springs Responsibilities: Develop strategies to acquire talent, ensuring vacancies are filled. Conduct intake processes with hiring managers, develop recruitment plans, and set service level agreements (SLAs). Source and recruit candidates, mastering pre-closing techniques during candidate intake. Interview candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques, review resumes and credentials, and assess mission fit and qualifications. Prepare salary offers and obtain hiring manager approvals. Extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, anticipating counter offers as necessary. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems [Required] Proficient with Workday [Preferred] Excels in social networking and internet tools such as email, search engines, social media, blogs job boards [Required] Education: Associate [Required] Bachelor's [Preferred] Work Experience: 2+ recruiting/sourcing experience [Required] Healthcare experience [Preferred] Additional Information: According to the stated education requirement, an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree. Associate degree and 2+ years of experience High School Grad or equivalent and 4+ years of experience.
