Ensure exec. and PMs are aware of posts. Monitor and analyze internal and external social media engagement. Capture and edit project photos and videos. Develop and edit website projects. RFQ/Proposals Work closely with technical staff to gather information and create project write‑ups. Assist in researching RFQ requirements and tailoring proposals to client needs. Create calendar invites and detailed emails to ensure a clear understanding of deadlines and materials from technical team and marketing team. Maintain history of proposal content, addendums and other relevant materials for future use. Manage the database containing current proposal logins and passwords. Create and update employee and subconsultant resumes. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely submission of proposals and track proposal progress. Attend pre‑proposal meetings (when applicable). Track and record proposal win/losses. Branding Uphold and enforce brand standards across all marketing materials, proposals and events. Oversee embroidery projects for branded merchandise and promotional items, ensuring accurate representation of the company's logo. Assist in the selection of promotional items and collecting pricing from multiple suppliers. Complete holiday gift (and holiday party raffle) PowerPoint, with collaborations from the marketing team. Ensure that corporate gifts reflect the brand’s identity and values. Administrative Support Coordinate with the administrative assistant for marketing assistance.
