Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and inform individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual therapy tailored to promote healing and personal development.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly track client progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment approaches.
• Provide teletherapy options via secure platform, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops to keep your skills up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds with a variety of mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will work with individuals from different age groups, ensuring a well-rounded approach to treatment that respects each client’s specific needs and cultural context. We emphasize building strong therapeutic relationships to foster trust and facilitate deep, meaningful change.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or a PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
• Organizational prowess and adept time-management skills to maintain client caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy, utilizing virtual platforms to conduct therapy sessions effectively.
• Background in working with a diverse client base and familiarity with varied therapeutic techniques to address different issues.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to adapt to new therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on caseload size and experience level. As a part of our team, you'll benefit from:
