Pay or shift range: $84,000 USD to $90,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What This Role Really Is:

This is a high-activity, field-based sales position. You will be out in the marketplace M-F, 8am-5pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how our commercial dish machines, service programs, and cleaning solutions can solve problems they deal with every single day.

What You'll Gain:

• 1st year Base + commission expected earnings of $84,000-$90,000.
• 2nd year Base + commission expected earnings of $94,000-$107,000.

In this role, you will:

• Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
• Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
• Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
