Farmers Insurance is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Agent-in-Training . This role is designed for those who want to develop their skills in insurance sales, customer service, and business management!

ResponsibilitiesSales and Prospecting : Generate new business via cold calls, networking, referrals, and community marketing.
Policy Recommendations : Sell personal lines, commercial, life, and specialty insurance products tailored to client needs.
Client Management : Handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain active pipelines in the agency CRM.
Program Participation : Attend sales boot camps, complete Farmers University courses, and build a future business plan
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For:
Property & Casualty Licensed
Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales & entrepreneurship
Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
