Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotations required)

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to adult patients requiring inpatient rehabilitation services. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, often with high acuity patients who have complex needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Assist and support certified nursing assistants (C.N.As) as needed.
• Respond to call lights promptly to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar environment.
• Must have Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Current BLS certification is required.
