JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Personal Insurance Account Manager

A local agency needs an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager . Must have a strong work ethic, a drive to succeed and a "can do" attitude. This is a fun company to work for, flexible time and a great compensation package.

Duties will include:

Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices, auto ID Cards, order MVR's and issue certificates
Accurately input policy updates and account information.
Communicate with client, producer/agent, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage related questions and information.
Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals.
Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals.
Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.

Qualifications:

Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
Minimum 1-3 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
Strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage & rating.
Agency Management System software experience preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
