Functions/Responsibilities: Must be able to multi-task, respect / maintain confidentiality, be service oriented, be trustworthy / ethical, and be sensitive/respectful of diverse populations/cultures. Must work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude. Disassemble, inspect, assemble engines I.A.W. Manufacturers Manuals. Perform engine removals and installations on-wing. Be proficient in reading OEM Manuals and precision measuring tools. Perform repair processes to engine components. Experience with CF34 and TFE-731 Engines preferred Airframe & Powerplant License Required Education: High School Graduate or GED Work Environment & Culture Skills: Must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and a DOT/FAA compliant background check Understand, read and write English Reliable, punctual, flexible, motivated, resourceful, energetic, organized and able to manage and be managed Ability to multi-task, respect, and maintain confidentiality Service oriented and able to work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude Communicate effectively and work within a team-focused environment Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
