Exciting Opportunity for Counselor I - Make a Difference!

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Counselor I, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting clients on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring issues.


- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate engaging group and family sessions
- Document client progress and regularly update care plans
- Provide essential crisis intervention and aftercare planning
- Collaborate with referral sources, insurance, and care teams
- Deliver valuable education to clients, families, and the community

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social or health services (required)
- Counseling internship/practicum experience (required)
- Acceptable Licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC with addictions recovery experience
- PA license required

Schedule:
- Must be available for weekday and weekend coverage
- Shifts from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Schedule discussed during the interview
