Pediatrician Opportunity

We invite Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatricians to apply for a cross-covering physician role within our medical group, serving both Portland and Salem, OR. This position primarily supports the west service area and mid-valley region, with the opportunity to provide coverage in additional service areas as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff.

Applicants should have experience in the full scope of general pediatric medicine, including wellness visits, acute care visits, telehealth, and mental health care.

Current hiring incentives for this role:

The annual salary for this position is $200,520 - $227,880 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
