Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Experienced growth marketers will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, responsible for owning and scaling multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue performance. Key responsibilities Own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of multi-touch demand generation programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals Lead the development of campaign messaging and content strategy across channels, ensuring alignment with product positioning and buyer needs Manage and optimize paid media programs, particularly LinkedIn Ads, ensuring performance accountability and alignment with broader campaign goals Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing roles, preferably in health plans or health technology 5+ years of hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms 5+ years of direct experience managing and optimizing paid media programs, with expertise in LinkedIn Ads Manager Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact through integrated marketing campaigns Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
