You will play a vital role in ensuring our daily operations remain efficient and safe by handling everything from routine setups to complex repairs and troubleshooting. The ideal team member is a hands-on, reliable individual who thrives in a high-speed production setting and possesses strong mechanical aptitude. Core Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair various production machines Execute equipment setup tasks by following established SOPs and manuals Analyze technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals to guide your work Help improve equipment reliability by diagnosing issues and performing root cause analysis Identify necessary repairs, adjustments, or part replacements to keep lines moving Respond to urgent or unscheduled repair needs as they arise Ensure production and packaging lines are configured correctly for optimal output Manage maintenance work orders to ensure they are finished promptly and accurately Document all maintenance activities to meet company quality and procedural standards Handle general facility upkeep, including electrical and plumbing tasks Monitor work areas and equipment to ensure they remain clean and in good working order Carry out assigned tasks related to pest control Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety protocols Utilize forklifts, scissor lifts, and other machinery as needed Complete additional maintenance-related duties as directed Required Qualifications At least 2 years of professional maintenance experience within a production or manufacturing setting Completion of a technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience is preferred Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting proficiency Foundational understanding of plumbing and electrical systems Capability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals Proficiency in the use of standard power tools Familiarity with both metric and SAE measurement standards Ability to interpret and execute both verbal and written directives Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Reliable, self-driven, and proactive work ethic Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Capacity to perform under pressure within a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills to help solve complex mechanical problems Willingness to learn new processes and equipment Commitment to upholding quality and safety standards Certification or ability to operate scissor lifts and forklifts Physical Demands Capable of lifting 40 pounds or more Able to perform tasks at height using ladders or lifts Capable of frequently pushing and pulling heavy items Able to remain standing for long durations Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures Ability to adhere to all safety gear and PPE requirements Benefits and Highlights Stable work environment within the manufacturing sector Engaging, hands-on role involving diverse machinery Exposure to both facility maintenance and production equipment Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth and technical skill development Key proficiencies include: Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Systems & Component Repair Composite Materials & Repair Machine Safety Inspections #J-18808-Ljbffr Accelera
