Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week

Requirements:

  Must have AZ license

  inimum of 2 years' OT experience (with recent experience in last 12 months)

  BLS
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Multi-specialty acute knowledge and experience will be considered

  Previous travel experience is preferred
  
  

Other Details:

  May float between Level I Trauma 600+ bed hospital and Level III Trauma 200+ bed hospital
