Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm What You’ll Do Manage the Center’s financial accounting systems in compliance with company, center, and government requirements Ensure financial processes, reporting, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time Analyze financial systems and data to identify and resolve issues effectively Provide reliable and efficient finance support services to staff and students Maintain strong internal controls to help prevent fraud and misuse Handle confidential and sensitive financial information with the highest level of discretion We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Highly organized and detail-oriented Experienced in bookkeeping and financial systems Analytical with strong problem-solving skills Trustworthy, professional, and dependable Committed to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality Management & Supervision This role manages center financial, payroll, and accounts payable systems, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of product. It also includes interviewing, recommending for hire, training, motivating, developing, and disciplining direct report staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in accounting, or in an associated business field including satisfactorily passing Intermediate Accounting I, II, and III Two years experience in accounting Two years supervisory experience and/or Job Corps finance managerial training during employment as an Adams’ Accountant Must take company accounting assessment tests "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
