We are committed to building diverse, high-performing teams and believe that inclusive talent strategies create a competitive advantage in the markets we serve.**Role Overview**We are seeking a strategic and results-driven **Senior MedTech Talent Acquisition Partner** to lead full-cycle recruiting across critical roles within the MedTech ecosystem, including R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and related technical and commercial functions.This role requires deep expertise in MedTech talent markets, a strong understanding of regulatory and product lifecycles, and a proven ability to deliver high-impact talent in competitive, highly specialized environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving talent strategies that enable innovation, product development, and market success.**Key Responsibilities**Strategic Talent Leadership* Define and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to MedTech product development, innovation pipelines, and business priorities* Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent market dynamics, workforce planning, and hiring strategy within regulated environmentsMedTech & Technical Recruiting Expertise* Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex roles across R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Operations* Develop a deep understanding of MedTech product lifecycles, regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO), and required skill setsAdvanced Sourcing & Talent Attraction* Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract niche, high-demand MedTech talent* Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, research organizations, and AI-enabled toolsCandidate Assessment & Experience* Lead structured screening and interview processes to assess technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and cultural alignment* Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, particularly for highly specialized and passive talentStakeholder Partnership* Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional leaders to understand hiring needs, project timelines, and team capabilities* Drive alignment through intake sessions, calibration, and ongoing consultative communicationTalent Pipelining & Workforce Planning* Build and maintain pipelines for critical MedTech roles, anticipating future hiring needs tied to product development and regulatory milestones* Proactively identify talent gaps and develop mitigation strategiesEmployer Brand & Market Positioning* Promote Fortive’s employer value proposition within MedTech and life sciences talent communities* Support initiatives that strengthen brand awareness among technical and clinical talent segmentsData & Insights-Driven Recruiting* Leverage recruiting data and market intelligence to refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes* Track key metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) and provide actionable insightsExecutive-Level Advisory* Advise senior leaders on talent supply/demand, compensation trends, and competitor landscape within MedTech* Influence hiring strategies through data, storytelling, and market expertise**Basic Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field within a global organization* Significant experience (7+ years) recruiting within the MedTech, medical device, life sciences, or healthcare technology sectors* Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact searches for technical and regulated roles* Strong understanding of MedTech functional areas (e.g., R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing)* Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, ISO standards, quality systems) and how they impact hiring* Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry platforms, and AI-enabled tools* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights to inform strategy* Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across global teams* Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and embraces ambiguity**Preferred Qualifications*** Collaboration & Influence: Strong ability to partner across technical, clinical, and operational teams to drive hiring outcomes* Operational Excellence: Experience operating within structured business systems (e.g., Fortive Business System) and driving process rigor* Business & Regulatory Acumen: Strong understanding of how regulatory requirements, product timelines, and quality standards impact talent needs* Self-Leadership: Highly self-motivated with strong judgment and ability to operate autonomously* Market Expertise: Established network within MedTech or life sciences talent communities and success engaging passive candidates**Fortive Corporation Overview**Fortive’s essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
