General Production Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team. This is a fast-paced industrial laundry environment where employees may be assigned to various departments, including sorting soiled linens, operating machinery, building customer orders, loading and unloading carts, and other production-related duties. Team members must be flexible, safety-conscious, and able to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sort and process soiled linens according to company procedures.
• Load and unload linen carts throughout the facility.
• Build and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate industrial laundry and production equipment as assigned.
• Inspect linens for quality and report damaged items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and production standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production demands.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and work on your feet for 8 to 12-hour shifts .
• Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions regularly.
• Must be able to work in a warm, fast-paced industrial environment.
• Must be able to work around soiled linens and laundry processing equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality are required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work varying shifts based on production needs.
• Shifts may range from 8 to 12 hours depending on production demands.
• Overtime may be required.
• Employees must be available to stay beyond their scheduled shift until production is completed.
