Relationship Architect

• Be the Welcome Wagon: Greet every customer (in-person or online) like a long-lost friend.
• Problem Solver: You don’t just sell products; you find solutions that fit our customers' lives and budgets.
• The Follow-Up King/Queen: Keep the conversation going! You’re the pro at keeping customers engaged and excited about their next upgrade.

Digital Influencer & Lead Hunter

• Go Viral: Host Facebook Live events to show off our latest gear. It’s your time to shine on camera!
• CRM Wizard: Manage leads like a pro. From chat inquiries to promo hunters, you’ll own your "bucket" and turn leads into deliveries.
• Hunt the Win: Use your "Magic" to find new business and keep the store buzzin’.

Showroom Stylist

• "Rent Ready" Perfection: Keep the showroom looking like a million bucks. If it’s clean, functional, and priced right, it’s ready to go home!
• Merchandising Pro: Have an eye for design? You’ll help place products and create displays that make people stop and stare.

JOB TITLE: Account Manager (AM)

THE MISSION

You are the ultimate advocate for our customers! Your goal isn’t just to "collect payments"—it’s to keep the dream alive. You are a consultant, a problem-solver, and a negotiator who helps our customers stay on track so they can finally own the products they love. When life gets in the way for our customers, you are the one who steps in with a plan to save the day (and the agreement).

HOW YOU’LL BRING THE MAGIC

The Customer Success Coach

• Relationship Master: You’ll be the primary point of contact for our active customers. You know their names, their stories, and how to help them succeed.
• Win-Win Negotiation: When an account falls behind, you don't just "call"—you connect. You find creative solutions that help the customer keep their gear while protecting the business.
• Energy Matcher: You bring high energy and a positive attitude to every call and visit. You know that consistency + quality messaging = results!

Collectors Work Station & Outreach Pro

• The "Bucket" Specialist: You’ll own your specific customer lists like a pro. Whether it's following up on returns at the 5-week mark or re-engaging a lost customer, you stay active and intentional.
• No Mass Texting: You keep it personal. No copy-pasting here! You use your words to build real rapport and trust.
• Proactive Probing: Every conversation is an opportunity. You’re always looking for ways to add more value to the customer’s home. (new agreements)

Asset Protection Hero

• Field Warrior: You aren't afraid to get out of the store. Whether you're doing a friendly check-in or a professional retrieval, you represent the brand with total class.
• Accuracy Expert: You keep customer records razor-sharp. Every interaction is documented, and every payment is processed with precision.
