Quick Facts Location: Pittsfield, MA (725 North Street) Start Date: 08/01/2026 Duration: 6 months (with possible locum-to-perm conversion at 6 months) Shift: 8-hour shifts, guaranteed 8 hours daily, overtime after 10 hours Hours per Week: Full-time Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent) Licenses/Certifications: State RN License, CRNA certification Experience: Prior anesthesia practice preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour, guaranteed for 8 hours per shift Overtime: Paid after 10 hours worked Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate; holiday hours not guaranteed Compensation & Perks: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and lodging reimbursements, robust referral bonus program, and dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide supervised anesthesia care for adult and pediatric surgical cases in a busy OR setting Manage general surgical procedures, obstetrical, neurosurgical, and regional anesthesia cases Collaborate with an OR team across 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy suites Document patient care and anesthesia records accurately in Meditech Expanse EMR Assist with trauma cases (Level 3 trauma designation) and surgical interventions Ensure patient safety and comply with all relevant protocols and guidelines What You Need Active State RN license and CRNA certification Prior anesthesia experience, preferably with surgical and obstetric cases Ability to work supervised and independently as needed Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment Join a collaborative and supportive anesthesia team at a reputable hospital in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
