The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and regain independence through personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' range of motion, strength, and function Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises to prevent future injuries Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes Document patients' progress and communicate with physicians and other team members Stay current on best practices and advancements in physical therapy techniques Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Strong clinical reasoning and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds Experience in a clinical setting preferred CPR certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
