What you’ll do: As a Line Cook in our kitchen, you'll be a crucial part of our culinary team. Your responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes according to chef specifications, ensuring that food items are cooked consistently and to the highest standards. Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, managing kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are integral to your role. What we need from you: At least 2 years experience in a Line Cook role in a full-service restaurant Must have current Food Handler and TABC permits Must be flexible with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
