What You'll Do

* Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative treatment, extractions, dentures, and preventive care * Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans * Independently manage daily clinical responsibilities and maintain accurate documentation * Serve as a clinical lead and support consistent standards of care across the practice * Collaborate with dental staff and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care * Mentor and support developing dental professionals when appropriate * Participate in peer reviews and clinical quality initiatives * Refer endodontic, oral surgery, implant, and other complex cases outside the practice's scope of care

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program * Active New Hampshire Dental License * 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred * Strong general dentistry experience, including restorative care, extractions, and dentures * Comfortable practicing independently and making sound clinical decisions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to mentor and support other team members * Commitment to patient-centered care and serving a diverse, community-based population
