Job description: Provide compassionate nursing care starting in the afternoon and continuing into the night, addressing urgent needs, managing symptoms, and administering medications and treatments as ordered. Responsibilities include responding to after-hours calls and visits, triage and assessing patient conditions, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, documenting care provided, educating caregivers, and ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the end-of-life journey.

Qualifications include current state RN licensure, strong triage, clinical assessment, and critical thinking skills, effective communication and documentation abilities, ability to work independently, and a valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
