Rouse Trucking operates a fleet of 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 with direct deposit every Friday | Detention, layover, breakdown, and transition pay provide additional compensation when applicableRunning Area: Freight moves through regional lanes in the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. The route setup keeps drivers moving through familiar freight areas during the workweek.No-touch freight eliminates driver loading and unloadingRoughly 50% drop and hook helps reduce delays during pickups and deliveriesHome Time: Monday through Friday driving schedule followed by Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a dependable 48-hour weekend reset each weekYour Truck:Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia maintained on schedule with no slip seatingBattery-powered APU, refrigerator, 1,500-watt inverter, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, and double bunksHealth Coverage:Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insuranceDelta Dental and 401(k) with company matching after 60 daysPaid vacation and holidays once establishedFamily Friendly: Riders age 13 and older are permitted for a minimal weekly cost | Dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome at no chargeEquipment: Each driver works from an assigned Cascadia equipped for regional operation and weekday comfort.
