Founding Product Manager

What we’re looking for Strong product judgment with 3-5 years of experience owning B2C/prosumer products end to end Comfort working without established PM processes and building structure that meaningfully improves outcomes. You will be GPTZero’s first product manager. Deep understanding of AI-powered products, including model limitations, tradeoffs, and user trust implications Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and researchers to drive alignment and execution. High ownership mindset with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration Bonus Experience as an early or first PM at a startup Experience working closely with ML or research teams What you’ll do Own discovery by identifying and validating user problems through research, data analysis, and direct user engagement Define product requirements and success metrics in close partnership with design and engineering teams Make product decisions in areas with uncertainty, incomplete data, and evolving model behavior Drive execution from concept to launch and iterate based on user feedback Who you’ll be joining We’re a small team.
