**Job Description:****Job Title:**Physician (Primary Care) **Location:** Hannibal, Columbia, or St. Louis, MO (Hannibal preferred)**Department:** Centerstone**Employment Type:**Full Time**Shift:** Monday - Friday**Job Summary:**In this role as a Physician, you will provide direct patient care, including medical evaluations, medication management, and emergency services for individuals struggling with medical and addiction issues.
