Operation Supervisor

Job Overview The BOSH Supervisor will support the BOSH Team and, by extension, our customers by providing real‑time support and development to the team. The Supervisor will also interface with other departments such as Customer Service, Verifications, FIS and EFG. Responsibilities Effectively supervise the BOSH team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets). Strong planning and efficient follow‑up. Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible. Appropriate communication with leadership and stakeholders. Conduct monthly development plans and deliver detailed feedback conversations for performance improvement. Daily and monthly review of team member metrics and statistics. Provide coaching, direction, training, counseling and support for team members as needed. Establish accountability cadence to ensure team members meet or exceed individual and team goals. Create daily work lists and track production. Assess, evaluate, and make recommendations regarding capacity, work lists and procedures. Become competent and maintain proficiency with departmental systems, policies and procedures. Qualifications High School / GED Diploma. 1 year of supervisory experience or a minimum of 4 years of back‑office customer service experience. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to coach, develop and lead BOSH team members. High degree of self‑management to prioritize workflow and apply strategic techniques to identify process improvements. Interpret procedures and instructions to choose the best resolution alternative. Preferred: prior supervisory or management experience. Preferred Qualifications Back‑Office banking experience. SQL competency strongly preferred. Location Baltimore, MD – hybrid schedule.
