About the Role

As a Janitor at our manufacturing facility, you'll play a key part in keeping our work environment clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently. You’ll be responsible for cleaning production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces, helping to ensure our facility meets both cleanliness and safety standards. Your work supports the health and productivity of the entire team.

Responsibilities

·         Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas

·         Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in production and common areas

·         Empty trash and recycling bins regularly

·         Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when reordering is needed

·         Clean interior windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed

·         Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

·         Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·         Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

·         Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies

·         Strong attention to detail and reliability

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30pm

Pay: $16.00
