• Location: San Francisco, CA Multiple hospital campuses & ambulatory surgery centers
• Shifts: 5 per week
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days (07 00)
• Hours: 50 per week
• Patient Population: Adults & adolescents (13+ years)
• Practice Setting: Hospital Operating Room General and regional anesthesia cases
• Support Staff: CRNA
• EMR: EPIC
• Floating: Providers float between inpatient centers and ambulatory surgery centers

• Board Certification in Anesthesiology (board eligible considered, especially if fellowship trained)
• Active California State Medical License
• DEA registration (CA with Schedule 2/2n)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• COVID-19 vaccine and booster (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Minimum 2 years of recent anesthesiology experience in tertiary care centers
• Regional anesthesia skills preferred
• Ability to work independently in the operating room and oversee CRNAs
• Two professional references required

• Provide anesthesia coverage for general and regional cases in hospital operating rooms
• Float between hospital campuses and ambulatory surgery centers in San Francisco
• Deliver anesthesia care to adult and adolescent patients (13+ years)
• Collaborate with CRNAs and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Utilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentation
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
• Participate in hospital credentialing and onboarding processes
