Technical Trainer

Responsibilities Deliver foundational technical training courses through Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Interactive Online Training (IOLT). Prepare training rooms, online learning environments, and related resources prior to the start of each class. Develop exam questions and grade student assessments to measure learning outcomes. Collaborate with curriculum developers to ensure courses meet student learning needs. Apply professional training techniques designed for adult learners to enhance course effectiveness. Support Crestron seminars, trade shows, and Crestron Training Masters events. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field required 2–4 years’ experience in audio, video and information design/integration, rental & staging, or related industry 1-3 years working with Crestron Systems 0-2 years Technical Training experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and responsive to critical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
