As the Assistant Contract Manager, you are a part of BEST PEOPLE , responsible for the management and development of a team of supervisors and team members. The Assistant Contract manager will report directly to our Contract Manager. As the Assistant Contract Manager, you will utilize our BEST SYSTEMS to oversee safety, quality, service deliveries, and cost KPIs to ensure we deliver BEST RESULTS to our clients! What are the skills necessary for Assistant Contract Manager success? Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent team builder and passionate leader Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate What education and Assistant Contract Manager experience are needed for success? 5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required. Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired. Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy: After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs. Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment. Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine. Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment. Post-Employment Drug Testing: All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
