Am Law 200 law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. The firm maintains multiple offices and is known for handling sophisticated business disputes, intellectual property matters, real estate litigation, unfair competition claims, contract disputes, professional liability matters, and complex employment-related litigation.

• Handle sophisticated business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.

• Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses.

• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations.

• Manage client communications and provide litigation strategy recommendations.

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups on complex disputes.

• Participate in court appearances, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

Billables: 1850/year (1800 for Senior Counsel)

Salary:

• Up to $225,000 base salary, depending on experience.
