Medical Director - Community Health

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Clinic Director Licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient clinic within our healthcare partner network. In this role, you’ll split your time between hands-on patient care and directing daily operations. You will supervise and mentor staff, manage schedules, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and drive quality and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with referring providers, support growth initiatives, and uphold a culture of integrity, respect, and teamwork while positively impacting patient outcomes and community health.
