Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD is required.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Exhibit empathy and compassion while managing client relationships.

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle your caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can enhance your success in this role. Exposure to evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is also advantageous as we strive to provide clients with diverse treatment options.

Compensation and Benefits\n
