Tax Associate - HYBRID

- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships
- Assist with quarterly tax estimates, extensions, and year-end tax planning strategies
- Conduct tax research and analyze implications for client-specific scenarios
- Support senior team members on complex tax engagements and client deliverables
- Coordinate with wealth advisors, investment teams, and external partners to align tax strategies with financial plans
- Maintain accurate tax records and ensure compliance with current regulations
- Stay up to date on tax law changes and industry developments
The Successful Applicant A successful Tax Associate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred)
- 1-3+ years of public accounting or relevant tax experience
- Exposure to high-net-worth individual and/or trust & estate taxation preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
- Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
