Greiner Buildings, Inc. is looking for an experienced Post-Frame Construction Foreman to lead a small crew building high-quality post-frame structures in Kewanee, IL . If you have at least 2 years of post-frame or general carpentry/framing experience and a passion for leadership, quality, and safety — we want you on our team. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a 2–3 person crew on construction sites Read and interpret plans and customer specifications Build complete post-frame projects including footings, framing, roofing, and finishing Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and professional job site Follow all Greiner Buildings safety and construction standards Qualifications Minimum 2 years of post-frame or general carpentry/framing experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable working outdoors and at heights up to 30 feet Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs Top pay in the industry — hourly rate based on experience and performance Weekly pay and time-and-a-half overtime for 40+ hours Performance bonuses for on-time project completion Paid time off — we’ll match your current accrual or start you earning after 60 days 6 paid holidays and 6 paid severe weather days Paid training time and career advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance (company pays 50% of medical premium) 401(k) with company match — 100% vested after 6 months Professional development and safety training provided Benefits 401(k) with match Health/Dental/Vision insurance Paid time off Life insurance Parental leave Referral program Professional development assistance Currently with another post-frame company?
