Site Operations Leader - IT Desk Support (DoD, Secret)

Responsible for delivering desktop support at the site, managing performance against SLRs and key metrics, and serving as the SME and escalation point for onsite staff. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and coordinating with internal customers and other managers.
