As a Protege Agent, you will work directly under an exemplary Agent receiving elite mentorship. This is a rare opportunity to gain firsthand experience inside a high-performing agency while building the skills necessary to launch your own. You’ll learn sales, client management, operations, marketing, and business development — all while earning income and developing your long-term ownership plan. Total Compensation Range: $50,000 – $75,000 per year Benefits Performance-based earnings with strong income potential Paid Time Off (PTO) Monday–Friday Schedule Evenings Off Structured Career Growth Path to establish and grow an agency Responsibilities Partner closely with your mentor Agent to develop the skills required to become a self-sufficient Agent Prepare accurate insurance quotes using customer data and policy rates Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions Prospect and follow up with clients via phone, text, and email Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities Build long-term business relationships Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive and ambition Coachable, resourceful, and eager to learn Strong communication and leadership skills Prior sales experience preferred Must obtain required insurance licenses Must pass background check About Us As a District Office for Farmers Insurance, we help entrepreneurs build agencies that provide financial security for their families today and into the future.
