Mechanical Assembler – Electrical Components

Balance Staffing is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company producing precision electrical and power components. This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, wiring, soldering, or mechanical aptitude looking to grow within a stable production environment.

Pay:
$18.00 – $21.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using production diagrams and work instructions

• Use hand tools and assembly tools to build finished products

• Solder terminals and wiring components as needed

• Inspect products for exposed wires, defects, or quality concerns

• Perform cleaning and final assembly of finished products

• Install hardware and complete product finishing tasks

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations

• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components

• Soldering or wiring experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
