Responsibilities:Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimate, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professionalRequirements:2+ years of residential plumbing experienceKnowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applicationsAbility to work in a positive team environmentSelf-starter who is able to get the job doneDevelop proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repairHighly organized with exceptional follow-through abilitiesStrong verbal and written communicationsExceptional customer serviceStrong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are todayCompetitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a teamAble to pass a background check, MVR and a drug test
