Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Vermont Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with rehabilitation equipment commonly used in SNFs, such as gait belts, assistive devices, therapeutic modalities, and restorative nursing programs preferred. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in adult or geriatric populations preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:00-16:30. Work Pattern: 5x8. VMS Contract Weeks: 14‑week assignment. VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week. Candidate may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
