The Traumaplasty Surgeon will manage complex fracture care, periarticular trauma, and arthroplasty for fracture and post-traumatic conditions, while also contributing to elective total joint procedures as appropriate. The role is ideal for a surgeon who enjoys clinical variety and values collaboration across trauma, orthopedic, and surgical subspecialties. Responsibilities Manage complex fracture care, periarticular trauma, and arthroplasty for fracture and post-traumatic conditions. Contribute to elective total joint procedures as appropriate. Collaborate across trauma, orthopedic, and surgical subspecialties. Engage in clinical variety and teamwork within a trauma/arthroplasty-focused practice. Qualifications BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma and/or Adult Reconstruction preferred New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure Interest in fracture-related arthroplasty and complex reconstruction Interest in clinical research and education Prior teaching experience is preferred More About This Position Hybrid practice combining orthopedic trauma and arthroplasty Affiliation with busy trauma services and established orthopedic programs Strong institutional support and referral network Collaborative team-based environment NJ Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $500,000 to $785,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
