Customer Service Representatives are vital to our mission, taking inbound calls and providing support that strengthens connections between Spectrum and our residential customers. As a Customer Service Rep with a focus on Internet and Voice Repair, you'll provide customer support by phone, troubleshoot internet and phone technical issues, and handle basic billing inquiries and payments. The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $25.25 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
