• In - house Service Technician to Support Commercial Equipment

  Are you an experienced Field Service Technician looking for an opportunity for an in-house technical call center atmosphere including a hybrid work environment? This position might be for you!

  Duke Manufacturing Company is seeking someone with commercial equipment technical knowledge to join our Customer Care Support team. This position helps troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to commercial food equipment.

  This role will be a good fit for you if you :

  • Have Basic knowledge in Electrical, Refrigeration, Cooking, or other commercial systems.
  • Have a good mechanical / technical aptitude.
  • Are interested in learning and growing your career in a technical customer service role.
  • Are a strong communicator with both written and verbal communication.
  • Are comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
  • Have strength in mechanical problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Have Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Have Experience in troubleshooting, diagnoses, and repairing equipment.
  • Are seeking a team-oriented, office and/or hybrid work environment.

  Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Good computer skills including typing and online research.
  • Strong communication skills including phone and email correspondence.
  • General Mechanical/Technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with solid organizational skills.
  • Background experience in HVAC, Gas, Electrical, or Plumbing, a plus.
