Atria Senior Living - Arboretum is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems in our residential community. You will complete service requests, prep vacant units for rent, and maintain safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, about 1 year in property management maintenance, and a valid driver’s license.
