Direct Support Professional (DSP) Full Time Professional Enid, OK, US Salary Range: $13.00 To $14.00 Hourly At Brighter Day, we believe that people with developmental disabilities are people first. We will always place the person before the program. Brighter Day is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as a Direct Care Professional to provide care to the individuals we support. You will work in home settings supporting individuals with daily living activities, participating in recreational activities, and fostering positive relationships. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, caring people who know the value of communication. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. The level of support may vary depending on the needs of the individual. Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to attend the paid 2-week orientation M-F 9:30am-5:00pm.
