$20-23/Hour
Londonderry, NH
Monday - Friday
Day Shift - 8:30am - 5pm
Hybrid - Work from home 2 days a week after training!

Duties:

Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately
Provide updates on order status, shipping, and product availability
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal teams to support customer needs
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records in company systems (ERP/CRM)
Assist with returns, credits, and billing questions
Support sales and account management teams as needed
Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience of at least one year
Experience working with SAP
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid work environment (remote 2 days per week)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening (THC not included in testing requirements)
