HR Manager About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support Software Engineering, Technical Services, Operations, and Corporate Leadership teams. This role will serve as a strategic HR business partner while driving AI adoption, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting technical teams, implementing AI solutions that drive business results, and partnering with executive leadership in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee relations. Support Software Engineering, Technical Services, and technology-focused teams. Lead AI-driven HR initiatives, automation projects, and process improvements. Present workforce analytics, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership. Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance activities. Utilize HR metrics and data to drive business decisions and organizational effectiveness. Contribute both strategically and tactically within a lean HR team. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree. HR Manager, HRBP, or HR Leadership experience. Experience supporting Software Engineering, IT, Technical Services, or Technology organizations. Demonstrated AI implementation experience (not just AI usage). Strong executive presence and communication skills. Experience using workforce analytics and HR data to influence business decisions.
