In Home CaregiverLooking for flexible caregivers willing to work between 4-12 hour shifts as needed. Weekend availability a huge plus, includes weekend bonus pay. Drivers preferred with valid driver's license and own vehicle.Duties:Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client.Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support to clients.Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.Experience:Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is required, 1 year minimum.Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
