Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician committed to helping individuals improve communication, cognition, speech, language, and swallowing abilities while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Base Salary: $93,600 - $114,400 per year
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patient independence and quality of life through evidence-based therapy practices
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Meets the educational and clinical requirements for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Acute Care experience preferred
- Full-time permanent position
- On-site clinical role
- No travel required
