Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, utilizing evidence-based therapies.

  • Provide therapeutic services across various formats, including individual, couples, and family therapy to foster meaningful connections and insights.

  • Regularly monitor and document client progress through progress notes and treatment updates, making adjustments to plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

  • Engage in continuous collaboration with other mental health professionals, case managers, and support staff to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

  • Uphold ethical and legal guidelines within mental health service provision, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to state licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from a variety of backgrounds and may face diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, allowing for a rich and fulfilling therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • \n
  • Current licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Mental Health Professional, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapy services in a clinical environment.
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team to address complex mental health concerns.

  • Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
